How Can Severe Panic Attacks Be Treated?

I am concerned for my son. He is 19. He has severe panic attacks and says his heart beat is irregular. His Hans and feet will get cold and legs become splotchie. He gets very depressed and has nights where he doesn t sleep. He sees black spots and things moving from the corner of his eyes. In his room at his dads he says he feels like there is someone or something in the room with him at night and can hear breathing. This last symptom doesn t happen at my house. I had always had a bad feeling about that room when I lived in the house and had a LDS Priesthood blessing done many years ago.
