Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe pain in the wisdom tooth which can happen many a times as tooth is not getting proper space to come out and is causing pressure on adjoining teeth and leading to lodgment of food particles. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. Do warm saline gargles along with antioseptic mouth wash. Try to chew hard food substances from that side. Put clove leave to reduce pain. You should consult oral and maxillofacial surgeon once and get IOPA of that tooth done and go for extraction of tooth . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory
Hope your concern has been resolved.
