Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you are having fever and diarrhea very likely the pains you are feeling are related to the same problem causing them as well. Very likely you are having a viral infection going on.
If is important that you take ORS (oral rehydration solutions) which will help substitute water and electrolytes because if you get electrolyte imbalances makes you feel really unwell.
You can use tylonol as you are already doing and local compresses. You can also use ibuprofen 400 mg every 6 hours after food to help with fever and pains you are experiencing.
If the pain is not improving with these or you think you are getting worse please see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
