How Can Severe Pain In The Left Leg Be Treated?

AM male, 65 years old, totally disabled, a bummer, 150 lbs, have Primary Progressive MS. No longer take Rebif or Copaxone. Problem is my left leg aches terribly. Any help besides narcotics from Neurologist or any advice to relieve this unrelenting pain? Is horrible YYYY@YYYY

You can consult a neurologist and consider higher end analgesics like Morphine or Hydrocodone for pain management.
