Hi, I have had surgery on c3-4 and waiting on outpatient surgery for L4-5, subsequently I have chronic pain, some due to a total hip replacement rt hip, knee nearly bone on bone rt side (left knee replaced 3yrs prior. I am a disabled veteran and my primary has been prescribing 2-5mg oxy, 10 mg total per day. However he is telling me that they will no longer Rx oxy. Without my main level can spike to a severe level of 7-8, occasionally to level 9. What am I to do?
