Hello I m 22 years old white male my question is this what should I do? Many years ago I hurt my back heavy lifting and it hurt to the point I had to lay on the floor even in public for a few minutes. I want to say last year I don t Remember exactly how long ago but I want to say a year ago almost I was in a car accident and I messed up my knee my lower back even more and my neck and I honestly am tired of the pain and the fact I can t work due to the pain it s to the point where my Leg doesn t work right I try to step forward and it feels like a guitar string in my back stretched out to the maximum and it won t let me lift and put my leg forward I till I step back with it and try to step forward again what should I do what are my options if there s anything I can try at home please and thank you
