How Can Severe Pain In The Knee And Hip Be Treated?

I have been taking duexis for knee pain, it does help , take it 3xs per day, have gained about 36lbs and keep gaining. I now have hip pain as well from bursitis, doctor gave me script for nabumetone today for hip pain, I realize I cant take both and wont, but read side effects, and it also has weight gain as a side effect. What else can I do for this pain and get off this stuff ? Cant get a cordisone shot , had one already 1 month ago for mty knee

• Addition of safe molecule Tylenol morning and evening after meals with Duexis
• Alternate application of heating pad with ice pack gives soothing
• Local application of analgesic spray
Physiotherapy of the painful joints once pain allows x-ray, MRI evaluation for final management guidelines
