How Can Severe Pain In The Hips And Legs Be Treated?

I have a right hip replacement done in December 2005. I have started having pain in that hip and down the outside of my leg (sharp, burning) with a 5-6 on the pain scale. I am wondering if it is failing. Also I have severe low back pain (which doctors tell me nothing can be done for) as well as severe SI pain both right and left. This current hip and leg pain is different, however, from the back and SI. I have a spinal cord stimulator that was implanted in Feb. of this year.
