Spine Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in the buttocks could be because of nerve pain or it could be due to sacroiliac joint or it could be inflammation of ischial tuberosity.

You need to get yourself properly examined to reach a particular diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Anuj Gupta, Spine Surgeon
