Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain medications like Oxycodone are opioid medications which are controlled substances available only with doctor's prescription.
There are two options available now. You can either contact your doctor through phone and ask to issue a prescription refill. Otherwise you need to establish care with a new doctor to receive the prescription.
Meanwhile, you can use Advil 4 times a day for pain relief.
You can also follow up with the urgent care if the pain is too much. They can give you prescription for Tramadol, which is also an opioid medication but less potent than Oxycodone.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
