How Can Severe Muscle Pain Be Treated?

Hi doctor have acute muscle pain since 20 dayz started have diclofenac but discontinued now When I had it it was amazing painless totally Now my pain has worsened I am abroad at the moment and had gin tonic one drink Can I take a Combiflam after one drink ? I am in pain acts pain in my hAm strings cannot sit stand or even sleep

Was there any kind of injury past 20 days?
Yes, you can take one Combiflam tab for the pain. Massaging the muscle with Diclofenac gel or applying Diclofenac spray in the painful area sometime helps in reducing pain.
Avoiding cold environment and taking plenty of oral fluids sometimes relaxes the pain.
