How Can Severe Knee Pain Be Treated?

I tripped over a rug 2 weeks ago making my knee week started to feel better. then I stepped back onto a dust pan and the pain in the back and around my knee was so painful I was unable to walk or put any pressure on it after stating to walk on it some it has gotten better but still can t walk up or down the steps without taking 1 step at a time because if i would walk up and down normal it would give out and cause alot of pain. n

Hello,
For your knee pain you can use painkillers such as voltaren and apply some ice on it, three or for times a day for 15 minutes each time. Try to have some rest these days.
