Rash could be of many reasons. Please see if you have any history of tick bite, any history of garden work, or camping. Rash to tick bite can be treated with antibiotics.
Also please check if you have any history of allergy to food or pollen. Itchiness can be treated with over the counter oral antiallergic medications. Itchiness will go away in 24 hours.
If the rash near to armpits or finger/toe webs- It should be treated with topical ointments.
If you could relate rash to any of these causes. It can be treated accordingly.
Consult the dermatologist to examine the rash and get treated.
Wish you good health
