Thanks for contacting HCM with your health concern

1. Melasma is a kind of hyperpigmentation seen in females of middle age caused by hormonal imbalance and sunlight and although treatment is challenging but with proper dietary regime and lifestyle changes good results can be achieved

2. Consult a good dermatologist for direct examination and relevant investigations for specific management and treatment, however, I usually have seen good results with creams containing kojic acid and start using a good sunscreen on regular basis [after 3-4 hour interval] and take tablet Tranxaemic acid 250mg twice daily for 6-8 weeks.

3. Wash your face with Besan and warm water soon after coming from outside as it is the best natural Bleaching Agent.

- if you have really dark blemishes on the skin make a powder of dry lemon peels and orange peels. You can keep this powder for further usage. Whenever you want to add some rose water or curd water to it and apply on the skin. Its regular usage reduces the spots and blemishes from the skin.

- Drink lots of water to keep the skin hydrate and detoxified.
