General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Make sure to drink plenty of water and juice to stabilize urine pH. The less acidic, the less the pain would be.

Take cranberry juice or tea to make urine less acidic. And of course, sits bath after you urinate can be also very helpful.

Ask your doctor to prescribe Spasmex or Buscopan for some days until improvement in order to ease the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
