General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I recommend you to visit a psychotherapist for treatment of anxiety without medications. Most of the anti-anxiety medication have the side effects of sleepiness and lack of concentration. You can use Propranolol that gives less sleep.

Hope I have answered your query.
