General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome on Healthcare Magic!
I understand your concern. There are so many symptoms, about which I would like more information. As I don't have them, I would say that he should meet a doctor. A considerable weight loss, black stools ( that means blood from your gastro-intestinal tract) and all others symptoms that you described, indicate about a serious disease of gastro intestinal tract (bowel or stomach). Fatigue and the decrease of libido came from the disease. So he need to treat the real reason of his symptoms and than his symptoms will go, or will be decreased.
I wish my answer is helpful to you!
Best Regards!
