How Can Severe Diarrhea Ans Slight Blood In Vomit Be Treated?
from 2am Friday 7th ive had diarrhoea and sickness i can t hold down food or water i have nothing left inside my body now i haven t eaten for 2 days now yesterday a little bit of blood came up with my vomit since then i can only bring up a green and yellow bile that really smells

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the blood in vomiting but it could be diet taken, diarrhea could be due to infection and vomiting could be due to that only, infection might caused the dyspepsia, I would suggest to try single dose of Tab Sacnidazole 1 g with Tab Domperidone 20 mg three times in day, if you find blood like again in vomiting then you will have to see the ER hope this information helps.
