How Can Severe Dandruff Be Treated?

Hi, My name is Shubhangi. I am twenty years old . I am facing a very serious problem regarding dandruff. Even my skin is oily and I have pimples on my face and my back. I have tried many lotions and shampoo but no effect. At last a doctor recommended me Microdox_LBX,Dazit,Nadibact,topical-6%and Ionex-T(shampoo). Will it bring a positive result to my skin?
