General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
• Take painkillers such as Paracetamol or Ibuprofen which may help in reducing the pain.
• Exercises during cramps, for example, straighten your leg and lift your foot upward, bending it at the ankle so that your toes point toward your shin.
• Do exercises to prevent cramps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
