How Can Severe Constipation Be Treated For A Lactose-intolerant Person?
Im experiencing severe constipation. I am lactose intolerant and usually deal with diahrea because I have unknowingly eaten something containing dairy. For a week or more I have tried herbals, foods that always cause a bowel movement, even Miralax. No results. I m getting bloated and uncomfortable. This has never happened before.

you can take isbgol husk which is a natural fiber and excellent remedy for constipation. increase fiber rich diet ,eat plenty of fruits , cereals etc which help in absorbing water increase bulk of stool and clean colon effectively. hope this will help you
