Hello sir good day Sir i m having serve pain in may cervical point and also both sides of neck rght nd left since 3 years as well as half headace .if i sit in class room after sm time my eyes bexomes blur and sure pain in nerves of neck and cervical point .brain seems to b hot and i dont bundersatand any thing and forgets everything .neither can sleep.when i m doing exercise it seems that blood is pushing near my back neck nerves and feel pain.before it wasnt like that ..my life becomes hell fr me and smtime i m thinking that i will kill myself..i have been toh doctors they give medicines but nothing changes..i m forgeting too fast sr.only i feel little relax when i go fr physothrapy sir. Plz sir plz help me.i will b much thankful to u sir
