How Can Severe Body Ache Be Treated?

Hii doc iam an addicted of sp like 6 cap s a day bt its been two day that iam nt tkng the medi bt now the prob is I can t sleep an my hole body is in seviour pain so I request u me suggest me any supsitute medi by which I can get reid of this hell n bk to my normal life

Thanks for the query.
Withdrawal of sleeping pills all of a sudden wouls cause such reaction.
To treat the severe body ache you can try with body massage/bath with warm water. Have light meals &take one pill you areused to along with pain medicine like Ibuprofen 400 mg over the counter &relax with soft music on.
This may give yourelief from painas well as sleep.
In case you are not relieved... consulta psychiatrist.
