How Can Severe Asthma Be Treated?

I have a case of severe asthma and i just had to be referred to pulmonary specialist because i am now 20 and was told it would diminish when i was 15. At this check up i have learned that i have created a repeated cycle with asthma, stress and anxiety as well. I wake up from every nap and straight to the feeling of suffocating, so i have to get a sleep study done cause i also stop breathing in my sleep. I guess i am asking is there a way to stop this cycle without medication? I also have these red dot patches and have to go to blood lab to see if i am now anemic.

asthma is an allergic response and there is always something triggering the episode... possible and common triggers are pollen, dust, cold,pets,anxiety... identify your trigger and try to avoid it as much as possible... allergic diseases are rather unpredictable....
