How Can Severe Anxiety And OCD Be Treated?

Hello , my self Arti Sah. I am from India I want to know the solution how to come out from insecurity. Negative imagination just running around my mind. I keep myself locked in the room. Only for my daily commitment I like to come out from my room,by that time I lock my room from out side, in a fear that someone will get in my room and touch my belongings with his dirty hands.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems your OCD symptoms are quite severe at this time. You have not mentioned that have you started on any medications? If not I strongly suggest you consult a nearby psychiatrist as soon as possible. You require SSRI group of medicines preferable Fluvoxamine, anti-anxiety pill Clonazepam with some therapy like exposure and response prevention. It will take some time to clear your symptoms but you will be fine with medicines.
