How Can Sever Pain In The Joints Be Treated?

I am a 55 yo female with type 2 diabetes x7 years. For the past month I have been experiencing intermittent joint aches( especially wrist, hand ankle , shoulder) extreme fatigue in the evening, along with body ache and sometimes chills. Some relief with Motrin. I don t want to take it daily.

Hi,
Should get investigated for finding cause of the joint pains followed by specific treatment.
Avoid exposure to cold/ excessive stress/ follow regular physio therapy, along with- supplements of calcium/ vitamin D/ glucosamine would help.Avoid weight gain.
