How Can Seasonal Allergy Be Treated?

I have seasonal allergies to ragweed and also allergies to pet dander, tree pollen, grasses, dust and mold. I take a daily does of Allegra to control these allergies. Will taking a 1000 mg capsule of safflower oil for dieting cause me to have any allergic reaction?
