How Can Seasonal Allergies Be Treated?

Looking for relief from allergies. They are pretty much year round but extremely bad in spring/fall. Major symptom for me is exhaustion and every allergy medication has drowsiness as a side effect. I m not talking about groggy - I m sleeping 18 hours at a time from the allergies. Any suggestions? Also get extreme dehydration from medicine like Claritin.

Hello,

Anti histamines or monteleukast are quite good. There can be allergy shots. Claritin by itself doesn't do dehydration it is the decongestant with it.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
