How Can Scratching And Twitching While Sleeping Be Treated?

I’ve been scratching myself in my sleep, I never did before and all of the sudden I am, long nails or not and it isnt itching. I bleed and last night I did it twice. My body also started violently shaking for a few seconds and I dont know why. I’m curious about seizures or what I should do about this? I also twitch A LOT in my sleep recently. It’s not nightmares.
