How Can Scoliosis And Osteoporosis Along With Groin Pain Be Treated?

I am soon to be 63. I have scoliosis, DDD, osteoporosis which is hereditary. My right side is almost 2 inches shorter than my left. I cannot lie flat. I have had groin pain for a couple of months. It has gotten gradually worse to now along with the groin pain on the (R) shorter side, I have leg pain. My upper thigh is 1 1/2 inches bigger than the left. I have knee swelling that measures almost 2 inches larger than the left. It s tight. Hard to bend. The veins on my lower shin throb like a toothache. We have a 2 story house, thus, stairs. I actually work for Eye Specialists and my office is UPSTAIRS! I ve noticed I sleep a lot on the weekends. I m tired. I would appreciate steering me in the right direction. I have no insurance so going to a Dr and having a lot of tests are not possible. Thank you for your time.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Aceclofenac and paracetamol tab twice a day for 5 days.
You can take Rabeprazole tab twice a day for 5 days.
Apply Diclofenac spray on affected site.
Apply warm water bag on affected site.
If not resolved then consult your orthopedic surgeon.
Do X-ray of affected part.
Do physiotherapy, it is also helpful.

Hope I have answered your query.
