How Can Scars On Legs Due To Erythema Nodosum Be Treated?

Hello doctor! I had swollen and red patches on my both legs and was diagnosed to have Erythema Nodosum. i took medicines which includes aspirin for pain and colchicine and steroids. Today, everything is ok and my problem is that i had a hard time dealing with the scars! its almost 7mos now but the sacrs on my legs are still there. How can i manage to erase these ugly scars on my legs? please help me. thank you so much! -Helen Mae

Any scar usually does not need any specific treatment it goes away if it is to be, it does not go away if it wont, still I would suggest the following treatment,
1) Hydroquinone cream with betamethasone
this will at least lighten the scar, you can try this hope this would help you take care and have nice day.
