How Can Scalp Acne With Headaches Be Treated?

I have an acne sensation on my scalp that has no pimples. Just little bumps sometimes or none at all. They cause me to have pretty good headaches. I use selson blue shampoo and it seems to help some. I think they get worse with heat or wearing a hat. Any idea what I should do? YYYY@YYYY

Try using Nizoral shampoo regularly. It should work better than selsun blue. If that does not help then see a dermatologist.
