Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Ringworm is a common fungal infection. You can continue Lotrimin AF for local treatment. Some other advice that I can give to you are :
-clean and dry the area frequently
-continue using tea tree oil for antibacterial effects

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
