How Can Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?
diagnosed with JRA at the age of 10 years old. Didn t take medication for 10 years because of side effect complications. Decided to take medication after 20 years to prevent progression. Took methotrexate for 3 weeks and was in the hospital for side effects.

Methotrexate is a good drug given rheumatoid arthritis (RA) factor positive patients and is not tolerated by some. But there are other drugs as chloroquine pr gold salts or some newer biological molecules as monoclonal antibodies. So please visit a rheumatologist as he will access and tell which drug will be suitable for you.
