How Can Restless Leg Syndrome Be Treated?

I am a 46 year old female and thalassemia minor, I take folvite, neurobian forte regularly nowadays. My problem is that due to restless legs kind discomfort at night while sleeping, I started taking neurobian forte and it worked. However, after a week - 10 days or so, I start feeling some minor discomfort in my hands which then progresses to numbness in my hands when sleeping at night. Additionally, I feel tired nowadays. The above patterns of hand discomfort and numbness and tiredness is repetitive. Pls advise me
