How Can Restless Leg Syndrome And Spasms In The Groin Be Treated?

I have restless leg syndrome but it seems more controlled now with magnesium and iron. My big problem is in my groin. Spasms - not painful- wake me up all night, every 15 minutes or half an hour and then I have to go to the bathroom. I have a prolapsed bladder too. What can help? The doctors never give me an answer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
