How Can Repeated Bowel Movements Followed By Nausea Be Treated?

In the past, occasionally I have had a bowel movement 4-5 times in a short period of time and then I get nauseated while going and have to turn around to vomit. In the last month, I have had this 3 times. I started a new job and think it is just stress. I have had a colonoscopy and a endoscopy and found nothing.
