How Can Recurrent Viral Fever In A Child Despite Taking Paracetamol Be Treated?

Hi doctor.. My child is 5 years old. She is having viral feaver... Initially took to one hospital they gave paracetamol 250 and asked us to check for 3 days. In the evening fever was still same. So we consulted one more docotor and he too gave paracetamol 250 with atrax and one tab.. He said it will be for 6 days.. Today is 6th day.. Second day to 4th day baby was good. Fifth day afternoon onwards fever started.. 6th day today morning still fever is there. Kindly suggest.. Most worried. Also suggest some good doctor in Chennai

Hey... Generally viral fever hv long course of illness... Bt nothing to worry about.... Give pcm on fvre... Give plenty of fluids... I recommend tht get test fr dengue nd malaria...
