How Can Recurrent Pharyngitis Be Treated?

I have reoccurring pharyngeal and throat pain. I was treated for mycoplasma beginning on October 20th. I received a steroid injection followed with Doxycycline x10 days. I was off the antibiotic x2 days and the fever (100.4-102.0) returned. The throat pain returned as well. I went back to the doctor, was put on Levaquin 750mg x5 days. I had a temp the whole time I was on Levaquin. I completed the 5 day prescription and was no better. I then went to an ENT who said I had a really bad pharyngitis. I was put on Levaquin 750 mg x10 days. After 6 days my throats continued to hurt really bad. I went back to the primary care dr. They swabbed my throat, it was positive for strep. I took Amoxicillin 875mg x 10 days continued with a fever and sore throat. I was given Nystatin swish and swallow and a medrol dose pack. This regimen seemed to help. I did not have any fever while on the steroid the swish and swallow seemed to help my throat. I completed the dose pack over the weekend and stopped the Nystatin. Today my throats is hurting terribly and now have a temp of 101.6. I was referred to a Cardiologist for an echocardiogram. There was no evidence of Rheumatic Fever. However, my b/p and hr have always been 130 s/70-80 s hr 70-89. Now my b/p ranges from 130-150/89-108 and hr 98 to 118. I was started on Bystolic 10mg X11 month then will f/u with Cards. I am so tired of being sick, any suggestions to help me?
