How Can Recurrent Pain In The Shoulder Be Treated?

My shoulder has been aching off and on in various places. Most often in the front in the middle, sometimes toward the inside or when sleeping, hurts to have it hanging loose while sleeping on the opposite side of my body. Hurts to pick up things with my arm extended out.

Recurrent pain in the shoulder may happen in cervical spondylosis. To diagnose it you should get an X Ray cervical spine done and consult an orthopedic.
