How Can Recurrent Cough And Cold Be Treated?

I hv frequent cough & cold which takes nearly a month to recover even after taking Amoxyciline course .Earlier Azithromycin works .Doctor s opinion ,it is allergic cough .This time someone advices Mont Air LC . What should be dosage and side efeect , How to immune myself from these disease?

You may be suffering from chronic allergies. Another possibility like poor immune system may lead to the above symptoms.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, avoid cold environment. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Please consult your pulmonologist so that he will examine and check for allergy status and treat you accordingly.
