How Can Recurrent UTI Be Treated?

I know I have a bad UTI today. I get them frequently. A lab snafu - I won t get results and a Doctor until Monday. On 8/15 I took a urine specimen to a lab. VERY cloudy and lumpy. Dr s office is closed today. I am pretty sick, nauseated, very weak, tired, no appetite, frequent urine leaks, etc. I know what I have. I am 73, type II diabetic and a few other things. What can I do in the next three days to help myself in addition to lots of water?
