How Can Razor Bumps On The Scalp Be Treated?

i have what i consider a severe case of razor bumps for the past month or better my scalp has gotten worse predominantly in the back an crown area the bumps are very painful an have pus cream color the itching is uncomfortable I ve tried a number of remedies but nothing seems to do it can u advise me on the next move i should make an keep n mind that i use hoy compress regulary

i can understand your concern.
This looks like a case of infected folliculitis which gets worsened by the razor usage.
A course of antibiotic like augmentin for five days is required as pus is present.
Change your razor after each use and use a good gel or foam.
