How Can Rashes On The Face Be Treated?

I am having some sort of allergic reaction that only shows up on my face. I have red rings around my eyes which are ver dry and somewhat scaly, the rest of my face is getting a rash or hives with little raised bumps. It gets better and then comes back in full force.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Rings around your eyes could be eczema or tinea.
I suggest you get it evaluated by the concerned doctor for thorough evaluation and guidance on treatment.
In the interim, you could start taking an anti allergic medication twice a day. Use hypoallergic moisturising soaps/ body washes to cleanse your face.

Hope that helps!
