Hi,

The rash sounds to be commercial milk formula related eruptions.

Currently, stop all formula preparations, give only breastfeed, observe the issue for next 48 hours and later consult in follow up.

Till that time, care of local part with lavender talc for best herbal results of soothing and healing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
