How Can Pseudomonas Infection Be Treated?

I have psuedomonas in my ears - with blue ear wax. I also have a painful, sore throat and sinus drainage. Tuesday I saw my GP, who had never heard of blue ear wax Before I urged him to research it. He started me on a course of antibiotics, but now I have an itchy rash at several perspiration points on my body. I feel fatigued and listless after two days of the antibiotic. How should I treat my itchy lesions? (Between my breasts, at the top of my tail bone, along my neck and in one ear). Should I wait for the antibiotic to work or am I getting worse?
