How Can Prostatitis And Lower Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I just had a TURP 2 weeks ago. After the procedure, I was in pain- but my surgeon/ doctor told me he didn t believe in giving his patients pain meds. Now I have an infection in my prostate,and lower abdomen has sharp pains. Also had a fever. I called to let him know, and his nurse asked me well, what do you want him to do about it? . Now this doesn t sit well with me. Are they allowed to treat a patient this way? I don t have any way to make a payment but you can email me YYYY@YYYY
