How Can Pregnancy Be Terminated?

March 13 is my last periods date now April 23till i didn t get my periods and married I m just 20years old and I checked with one step HCB pregnancy urine test...... The result was positive i dnt want perganany right now i dnt know what i have to do and if i eat papaya r pineapple i will abortion safely and in further if i got perganancy in reports r something every one knows that before i got abortion ? And i dnt want to tell to my family members so Pls suggest me what I have to do

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Abortion through pills is possible when the pregnancy is less than 10 weeks.
However, it needs to be done strictly under medical supervision so as to avoid certain complications, which could arise out of it.
Also, after the intake of pills, a follow-up examination and investigations like ultrasound scan is necessary to make sure that all the products of conception has been expelled out completely.
Eating fruits like papaya are crude methods without scientific basis and may not ensure complete termination of pregnancy and expulsion of products of conception.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist for clinical examination, institution of proper dose of medications and advise regarding follow-up.
Also, make sure that abortion is legal and permitted as per the law in country you reside.
