How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

I took a ovulation test on Thursday 9th November 2017 at 3pm and it came up with a smile face and me and my partner had unprotected sex on Friday 10th November at 5am in the morning I m just wondering if its possible to get pregnant cause since then I ve been getting cramps like period pains and cramps in the back of my calf and lower back and I have fainted twice

Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
Pregnancy is possible with unprotected sex within 36 hours of ovulation. It is not likely to show any suggestive symptoms before 15 days to 1 month of the sex....so all the symptoms you describe seem to be due to exhaustion after sex / any other cause or psychological eagerness for conception
Confirmation of pregnancy is possible with blood beta hcg testing around date of expected date of periods Or by Urine home pregnancy test after 8 days delay in periods.
