Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hai doctor my last lmp was on July 31 2017. I took home test on September 10 and 15. Both were positive.and took beta hcg test on September 16. It showed 6522 m iu/ml . Went to doctor on 21. She saw the reports and asked us to come on Oct 10 for a scan and prescribed folvite tablets.is it sure that I am pregnant. Kindly answer Me doctor.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your pregnancy.
As per your history you had done three different pregnancy tests and all are positive that means you are pregnant. Once the hCg level is more than 25miu/ml it is considered positive pregnancy.
When the hCG level is more than 1000 to 2000 the ultrasound report must show a sac.
To get properly diagnosed you need to do an ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound to get it confirmed. My opinion is concerned you are surely pregnant.
Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further queries.
Regards Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
